Upper Buddhas – the highest Astral men in the Universe

(Diagram showing position of Upper Buddha from planet Earth according to their degree. The upper row is for Highest Revered Buddha, in chronological order of chairing FOGHY, from earlier (right) to later (left). The lower row is for other Upper Buddhas, from higher (right) to lower (left).

The Upper Buddha  statutes are placed for worshiping in Troi Buddha Temple according to this diagram. This diagram is suggested by Prof. Dich Van Van Quang Buddha and accepted by the Upper Buddhas)

Prof. Dich-Van Van Quang Buddha wrote about the Upper Buddhas in his book “Universe and Man-Theory of Relationship” as follows:

Upper Buddhas were the Rough men on man-bearing planets in the Universe who cultivated and attained enlightenment at the highest level called Upper Buddhas. They, as Troi men dwelling in Troi space, are day by day guiding mankind (both Rough men and Astral men) in the whole Universe to comprehend the Existence of Universe and cultivate their mind and accumulate their virtue toward Truth-Goodness-Forbearance. Upper Buddhas are truly treasured Troi men  (the Astral men) of this Universe. This is a reality, a truth, and not a legend and should never be seen as superstition.

1. Level of Budhdas

Troi men called Buddhas are classified into 3 levels from low to high, as follows:

+ Phat (the Buddhas having no Buddha name), there are hundreds thousands of them, divided into 10 grades, from 1 to 10 with 10 is the highest.

+ Thuong Phat, (the High Buddhas, having a Buddha name, such as Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, or Dai Hai Bodhisattva, etc), There are tens thousands of them, divided into 9 grades with 9 is the highest; and

+ Duc Phat (Upper Buddhas), as of July 2018, there are 14 in the whole Universe.

    Figure 1.4 depicts the levels in Troi space, in which three level scales: Upper Buddha, Duc Phat Nhu Lai Buddha and Phat To Nhu Lai Buddha are in the highest positions. All 14 Upper Buddhas are dwelling in one of these three scales.

2. The Degree of Upper Buddhas

According to the teaching of Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha, the Upper Buddhas are classified into Highest Revered Buddha and 10 lower degrees, from 1 to 10, with 10 is the highest. Specifically, until July 2018 there are 14 Upper Buddhas in the whole Universe, classified as follows:

(i) Highest Revered Buddha: there are 4, specifically as follows:

Phat To Nhu Lai (the Buddha – leader of FOGHY) is the highest; there is only one who is Shakyamuni Buddha, Buddha name LANTIG (means Pervasiveness). He was a Nepalese, the third prince of a king, attained Buddhahood when he was alive on Earth. From June 2018, he retired from his term of office, stopped presiding over FOGHY, and Troi appointed Van Van Quang Buddha to replace him in this position. (read more about Shakyamuni Buddha here)

Van Van Quang Buddha (meaning Bright Clouds), is a Vietnamese Buddha, a civil servant – a Professor and PhD holder, a Buddha being a Rough man living in the physical space. He was honored as the Highest Revered Buddha by Troi on May 6, 2018 (or 21st of 3rd lunar month, year Mau Tuat) at Bong Lai Mountain in Hong Son Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi City. (read more about Van Van Quang Buddha here and here)

Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Highest Revered Buddha), (who do not lead FOGHY), there are 3 of them:

  • BIROL Buddha (means World Savior), a Sri Lankan (a pharmacist and provincial chief who attained Buddhahood in the last life on Earth), (read more about BIROL Buddha here)
  • OLMO Buddha (means Love-kindness), a Burmese (a worker who attained Buddhahood), (read more about OLMO Buddha here), and
  • Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha, after retirement from leading FOGHY, he moved from Phat To Nhu Lai level scale to dwell here.

All the Highest Revered Buddhas were once leader of the Standing Three Jewels, now the Highest Universal Council, Troi’s name is FOGHY.

(ii) Duc Phat (Upper Buddha): there are 10, classified as:

Upper Buddha degree 10: There are 5, specifically: two from planet Zoh, the largest and most civilized planet (who are HIGHA LAN and GAL GAL); One from planet Thiaooba, the third largest and third civilized planet (HIL GAL), and two from Tzod planet (Earth), they are:

  • Avalokiteśvara Buddha, Buddha name AOPNABA (Mercifulness, Charity) – an Indian (the third princess of a king cultivated to become a Buddha). (read more about AOPNABA Buddha here)
  •  BIGA Buddha (Power) – a Burmese (the 4th Prince of a king cultivated to become a Buddha). (read more about BIGA Buddha here)

These two Buddhas were honored to be Upper Buddha degree 9, 65 years before this year 2018. In July 2018, they were once again honored to be Upper Buddha degree 10.

Upper Buddha degree 9: there are 5, one from planet Zoh (GALI), two from planet Hoph (AOGI GAL and GALA LIV), one from planet Dhot (HALA), and one from planet Earth who is:

  • Dai Duc Pho Upper Buddha (High Virtue), (the king of Tran dynasty cultivated to become a Buddha), was honored to be Upper Buddha degree 4 61 years before this year 2018, Buddha name Dai Duc Pho; Upper Buddha degree 8, 2 years before this year 2018; and Upper Buddha degree 9 in July 2018. So from now on we have to call him Dai Duc Pho Upper Buddha, not King Buddha. When he was alive, he cultivated to attain High Buddha level 2, so it was alright to call him Tran Nhan Tong-King Buddha. But now he is no longer the King, but the Upper Buddha. Hence, he should be called Dai Duc Pho Upper Buddha, not Tran Nhan Tong-King Buddha. But if saying that 2018 is the 1710th anniversary of the death of Tran Nhan Tong-King Buddha, it is OK. Because when he died, it was true that he was the King Buddha, so he was called the King Buddha (not yet the Upper Buddha). (read more about Dai Duc Pho Buddha here)

There are no Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) of degree 8,7,6,5,3,2,1 in the Universe.

So you have seen that all Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) were once real Rough men who attained Upper Buddha, not strangers or being deified as many people conceived.

Note:

  • What is Buddha name? It is the name given by the Highest Universal Council (FOGHY) on behalf of Troi to honor a Buddha with a Buddha name when attaining High Buddha level 3, i.e. attainment of Dao. And later on when attained Upper Buddha level, there is honoring decree of Troi Supreme Power (OAGHY). At such time, the old Buddha name can be kept or changed to a new one.
  • On the Buddha main altar in many pagodas in Vietnam, there worshiped the statues of Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, or Dai Hai Bodhisattva. These are High Buddhas and the Buddha names of them  are as follows:
    • Manjushri Bodhisattva: Buddha name ROCA (Pink Light);
    • Samantabhadra Bodhisattva: Buddha name LOAVA (Resounding);
    • Dai Hai Bodhisattva: Buddha name POVE (Harmony).

Table 7.1 listed out the Buddha names of the Upper Buddha in all 5 man-bearing planets in the entire Universe for readers’ understanding.

3. Chairing (heading) the Highest Universal Council (FOGHY)- previously called Standing Three Jewels.

The time each Highest Revered Buddha once headed FOGHY (Standing Three Jewels) as follows:

  • BIROL Buddha headed the Standing Three Jewel from the year 4568 BCE.
  • OLMO Buddha succeeded in the year 2053 BCE.
  • Amitabha succeeded in the year 917 BCE. (Amitabha due to committing serious crime against Troi, was deprived of all Buddha’s names by Troi in June 2018, no longer a Buddha).
  • Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha succeeded in the year 115 BC, 2133 years before this year 2018.
  • Van Van Quang Upper Buddha succeeded and replaced Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha to head FOGHY since July 2018.

4. Spiritual Power

   Spiritual Power of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) is measured by the subtleness of their Astral’s light. The more subtle this light the more powerful their spirit is. In particular:

  • The subtleness of Phat To Nhu Lai’s Astral is about 10-32million meter;
  • Those of Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Highest Revered Buddha) is about 10-15million
  • Those of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) is about 10-11.5million

(The size of a nano, can’t be seen by naked eye, is about 10-9 meter, i.e. one billionth of a meter. So the subtleness of the Upper Buddha’s Astral is far beyond the size of a nano. See Upper Buddha level scale in Figure 1.4).

5. Travelling Speed

    In comparing to the speed of light (about 300,000 kilometer per second), the travelling speed of the Upper Buddhas are as follows:

  • Phat To Nhu Lai can fly at speed 7.22 times of the speed of light, or faster;
  • Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Highest Revered Buddha): 6.22 times of the speed of light;
  • Duc Phat (Upper Buddha): 5.22 times of the speed of light

(Normal Astral man flies at the speed of 1750km/second, equal 0.0059 of the speed of light).

6. Capability to access Universe Information

    Universe Information is combination of all information in the whole Universe. This information combination is stored at the frontier line cover of the Universe globe (the thickness of this cover is about 900 meter). Those who can reach this frontier line can access all information in Universe, so that can know everything.

    The capability to access Universe information of the Upper Buddhas are as follows:

  • Phat To Nhu Lai: 100%, so He knows everything;
  • Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Highest Revered Buddha): 95%
  • Duc Phat (Upper Buddha): 90%

7. Operation of Duc Phat (Upper Buddhas)

   In Troi space, Duc Phat (Upper Buddhas) operate in Councils, committees and Sub-committees of the Highest Universal Council FOGHY with effect to the entire Universe (see Item 1.3)

Note:

  • All Duc Phat (Upper Buddhas) must be conferred on by Troi (OAGHY) and the Highest Universal Council FOGHY, cannot be self-honored.
  • Duc Phat operates with effect on the whole Universe, including 5 man-bearing planets, not on any particular planet.

8. Chanting of the Upper Buddhas’names

When praying for the Buddha in a pagoda or in front of the Buddha altar at home, you can read the recitation and recite the names of the Buddha in the following order:
