Reincarnation means that when we die, our Astral returns to the invisible space, and after certain period comes back to the physical space to incarnate again as a new Rough man. Everyone has to do this a lot of times.

First of all, we need to understand correctly Who am I? I am really the Astral man inside my body. That is my only real self. The Body is just temporarily borrowed for this incarnation. In the next incarnation in the physical space, I will borrow another body.
Where do the Rough men go after death?
When the Rough man died, the body left buried, and the Astral returned to Troi space to dwell in level scales as shown in Figure 6.1 according to the level of their achievement after each incarnation. They exist in one of the six Trivial realms, or one of the four Holy realms, going up from low to high as shown in Figure 6.2. These realms correspond to the level scales in Figure 6.1. Specifically follows:
- Trivial realm (1) are Astral men in Nguc (Prison) level scale as shown in Figure 6.1;
- Trivial realm (2) are Astral men in De level scale;
- Trivial realm (3) are Astral men in Than Linh (Deity) level scale;
- Trivial realm (4) are Astral men in Tien Than (Divinity) level scale;
- Trivial realm (5) are Astral men in Cao Tang Bo Tat (High Virtue Bonze Bodhisattva) level scale;

- Trivial realm (6) are Astral men in Kim Cuong Bo Tat (Colossus Bodhisattva) level scale.
- Holy realm (I) are Astral men in La Han (Arhat) level scale as shown in Figure 6.1;
- Holy realm (II) are Astral men in Phat(Buddha (having no Buddha name)) level scale and Thuong Phat (High Buddha) level scale;
- Holy realm (III) are Astral men in Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) level scale;
- Holy realm (IV) are Astral men in Duc Phat Nhu Lai (Highest Revered Buddha) level scale and Phat To Nhu Lai (leader of FOGHY) level scale.
Reincarnation Process
Every Astral man who returns to the physical space for incarnation should undergo the following 12 steps:
| Astral man A ==> (1) Registered in the list kept in Troi space. ==> (2) All information from previous incarnations removed, the existing energy temporarily withdrawn and kept here ==> (3) Shrunk to the size of a cell. ==> (4) Enter a fetus ==> (5) Born as a child ==> (6) Grow up ==> (7) Get old ==> (8) Death ==> (9) Return to the invisible space to meet Thanh Dia Tang and Duc Thanh Hien(6.4) ==> (10) Incorporated back into the saved list + receive back withdrawn energy ==> (11) Becomes Astral man A’. (12) Settle in a relevant level in the invisible space to continue cultivating and prepare for the next incarnation in the physical space. |
Example: An Astral man DUGOKY come to incarnate in the physical space has to go through these steps: (1) Firstly, this Astral man is registered in a list kept in the invisible space; (2) After that, all information about previous incarnation will be deleted (so no one knows what they did in previous incarnations) and the existing spiritual energy is temporarily withdrawn and kept in a list there; (3) Then shrunk to the size of one cell; (4) This cell enters into the fetus in the womb of a mother. Where to enter, being the descendant of which family is determined by his Karma and Virtue; (5) Then grows up along with the fetus, and is born as a child; (6) The child grows up to be an adult; (7) Gets old; (8) Eventually, dies; (9) The Astral returns to the invisible space to meet Thanh Dia Tang and Duc Thanh Hien to assess the merit of the last incarnation; (10) After 49 days, is re-incorporated into the saved list and receives back the temporarily-withdrawn spiritual energy; (11) To become a new Astral man, different to the former DUGOKY; (12) Finally, settle in a certain level in the invisible space corresponding to the merit of the last incarnation, to wait for the next incarnation. This is the end of an incarnation.
And so on, re-incarnate from one incarnation to another. Every Astral man of Kim Cuong Bo Tat level and below is forced to go through this process of reincarnation. Once attaining La Han level or above, reincarnation will end and they can permanently dwell in Troi space. Whether they will come to incarnate in the physical space any more is up to their desire. So the sooner you attain La Han level, the better for you. The way to achieve that is only to cultivate through one incarnation to another, you cannot do otherwise. Refusing to cultivate to elevate to the higher levels, you will forever remain an Astral man in your existing low level. That’s all. For fast cultivating, you need to live kind-heartedly. If you commit such crimes as murder, robbery with murder, destroying temple, pagoda, communal house, corruption, embezzlement, genocide killing of animals, destroying the natural environment, etc. in addition to punishment in the physical space in accordance with man’s laws, the Astral, when died and returned to Troi space, will be imprisoned in the Prison level as shown in Figure 6.1 in accordance with Troi’s Laws.
Why should incarnate many times?
Troi decided for Rough men to incarnate many times so that they have to move up according to the natural selection principle. Each incarnation is a little more progressive, accumulating for many incarnations to be able to gradually elevate to the high levels of the Universe. If wanting to climb up to the top in only one incarnation, there is not enough time. On the other hand, if committed wrongdoing in this incarnation, then there are future incarnations to correct it. So life expectancy is less than 100 years, but there are thousands of incarnations.
Place of future incarnation
Normally, the Astral men coming down to incarnate will return to the vicinity of their last incarnation place. Incarnating into which family, to be whose descendant will be determined by their own Virtue-Karma.
People on a planet are incarnated on that same planet. Except in some cases people on planet with low civilization once having cultivated to fully meet the requirements can be incarnated in a planet of higher civilization. Vice versa, people on the higher civilization planets can take the task to incarnate in the lower civilization planet to help them.
Type of men to be incarnated
Talking about the matter of incarnation Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha said when he was still alive on Earth that there are six types of men that an Astral man will fall into, when incarnated as a Rough man, depending on their predestined Karma. They are:
1) Sainthood men (Deva): are those who incarnated as kind-hearted men, live in peaceful and charity way, have profound knowledge such as king, president, highly-accomplished monks, highly-accomplished cultivator, scholars, philosophers, etc. In short, they are noble, well-respected by society.
2) Ordinary men (Manusiyama): are those who incarnated as ordinary people like the majority of our people today, live to work to earn living and contribute to society. Those who make a lot of dedications will be respected by society.
3) Brute men (Preta): are those who always live in resentment and hatred, always angry, quarrelsome, easy to beat others, never make concession to anyone. These are the thugs, the social scoundrels, the hired murder and gangsters.
4) Dull men (Atula): Those who live wandering lives, have no shelter. These are the kind of street-urchins, drugs addicts, robbers etc.
5) Bestial men (Tiryanoc): are those who lose consciousness, live no more than animals. They are crazy people, lose all humanity, always ready to kill others.
6) Hellish men (Niraya): Those who live an incarnation no different to being in hell. They are criminals being imprisoned, or living as miserable as dying, or living in a vicious mind as miserable and dark as being imprisoned in prison.
Rough men when alive must strive to be one of the first two types of men which are Sainthood men or Ordinary men in the next incarnation. To be so, it is necessary to live kind-heartedly in this incarnation to accumulate Virtue.
What is Hell?
There is no Hell, only the Prison level as shown in Figure 6.1.
The Prison level is located in the subtle space, not in the physical space. This is the place where criminal Astral men are imprisoned. Depending on the seriousness of the crime, they may be detained in Dark Prison or Blue Prison. The less serious criminals are put under the Control System which means they are only detained but not imprisoned. In general, this is a dark space, with the low fineness of light. The criminal Astral men here may have committed wrongdoing in the course of cultivation in Troi space, or may have committed wrongdoing when they were Rough men in the physical space. In the Prison level, there is no such thing as being tortured by the King of Hell as many still imagine.
