3. Eradication of evil heresies and malevolent religious organisations
On July 5, 2018 (or 13th day of 6th lunar month, year Mau Tuat), in Troi and Buddha Temple in Hanoi, Emperor THIPOT read a proclamation on the eradication of the evil Heresies from China and Taiwan on Earth which have operated to hide spells in many Huyets in Southeast Asian countries in their plot against Buddhism and human race. They have been acting very sophisticatedly for over 2 thousand years. To today’s date, Troi, Buddhas and Emperors have destroyed almost 8 thousand organizations of evil Heresies and malevolent religion of this kind. Recently, a number of evil heresy organizations operating in some Asian and European countries have also been uncovered.
Some information of this campaign as follows:
- Commanders of the Evil Heresies: supreme commander: Amitabha and Maitreya Buddhas. They have been deprived of all Buddha titles and imprisoned in the invisible space. No longer existing as Buddhas.
- Purpose: they worked to sabotage Troi and Buddhism and carry out genocide against human race with the aim to overthrow Troi and become suzerain in both the invisible and physical spaces.
- Number of evil heresies and malevolent religious organisations destroyed: almost 8,000 organisations. Most of these organisations have a central temples located in China or Taiwan and were supported by Astral men of Buddha level 6 in the invisible space. These Astral men help the Rough men who managed these temples to use invisible forces including hiding spells and wraiths to harm people.
- Number of Astral men punished due to crime of involving in this plot against Troi: around a billion Astral men involved with this crimes were destroyed. Another billion Astral Men have been imprisoned in the Blue Prison in the invisible space. Among them are thousands of Astral men at Buddha (having no Buddha name), Arhat and Divinity levels.
- Number of Rough men involved and punished: more than 2 million Rough men (i.e. people who are living on Earth) were punished. These men will become ill and maybe die. When their Astral return to the invisible space, they will continue being punished by Troi there.
- Places of operation: all over the world but main locations are six Southeast Asian Countries including: Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Indonesia, with Vietnam is the most impacted.
- They have hidden bad Khi, murderous Khi, or atomic radioactive rays into dozens of millions of objects such as souvenirs, Buddhist worshiping objects, headset microphone, household items (mattress, blanket), neck lace, wrist lace etc…Street graffiti also became their tool used to hide those mentioned harmful Khi and rays. These object and pictures will cause illness to people who are exposed to them for a long period.
- They also use millions of wraiths and Astral men to penetrate into Rough men’s body to cause them illness, diseases or otherwise harm them.
Consequence:
Two Upper Buddhas (the highest Buddhas in Universe) no longer exist: Amitabha and Maitreya. All worshiped statues of these two Astral men will be no longer sacred in every temple or pagoda in the whole 5 man-bearing planets. There is no effect if people praying in front of these statue or reciting or chanting these men’s names.

4. Promotion of 3 Upper Buddhas and appointment of new Emperor
On 25/7/2018 Troi issued a Decree honoring Avalokiteśvara AOPNABA Buddha and BIGA Buddha on attainment of Upper Buddha degree 10, Dai Duc Pho Buddha (King Tran Nhan Tong when he was alive) on attainment of Upper Buddha degree 9. From now on, mankind needs to call them correctly as Upper Buddha, not Bodhisattva anymore. (Bodhisattva is much lower than Upper Buddha). Do not chant Namo Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, or Namo Dai The Chi Bodhisattva, but chant Namo Avalokiteśvara (AOPNABA) Buddha and Namo BIGA Buddha. They had attained Upper Buddha level degree 4 more than 2 thousand years ago, yet we keep calling them Bodhisattva forever!
Upper Buddha Dai Duc Pho should no longer be called King Buddha Tran Nhan Tong, but Dai Duc Pho Upper Buddha. (read more about the Upper Buddha here and here)
In September 2018, Troi issued a Decree appointing Emperor DO OTDA to succeed and replace Emperor THIPOT who retired from his term. So the Universe currently has the fourth generation of Emperor. About DO OTDA Emperor, please see here.
The news of these promotions of the Upper Buddha and the Emperor was spread out by Prof.Dich-Van Van Quang Buddha firstly to his disciples. As an Upper Buddha living on Earth, Buddha Van Van Quang is the only living Rough man who can access and have information about changes at the Highest Universal Council (FOGHY) level, the top level of the Universe. He frequently updates his disciples and people about these changes on his website at www.gsdich.vn. This is an invaluable privilege for all of us. Without him, there is no one to provide us information about such important changes in Troi’s organization system and the Universe.
5. Gratitude Valley – the second place on planet Earth worshiping Troi Supreme Power
On December 1st, 2018 (or 25th day of 10th lunar month, year Mau Tuat), there was an inauguration and sanctifying ceremony of GRATITTUDE VALLEY (Figure 5), built on the slopes of Pho Da mountain, Vinh An village, Hong Son commune, My Duc district, Hanoi, Vietnam. This is the second place on Earth worshiping Troi Supreme Power along with the Buddhas (after Troi-Buddha Temple in Hanoi). These are very sacred places. Worshiping of Troi Supreme Power is a great happiness for both the nation as well as mankind on Earth. On 4 other man-bearing planets in the Universe, there are also 1 or 2 Temples worshiping Troi Supreme Power together with the Buddhas of that planet.
The Gratitude Valley was built as a place to show Prof. Dich-Van Van Quang Buddha to Troi and his three teachers, Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha, Avalokiteśvara AOPNABA Buddha and BIGA Buddha, those who have mentored and guided him in his cultivation for many incarnations. These Buddha are worshiped in this valley along with Troi. The worshiping of Troi here makes it a very sacred place, the most sacred place on Earth where the spiritual energy of the valley is about 960 million Que Can (Que Can is an unit to measure spiritual energy suggested by Professor Dich).
The initiative about this valley was given by Upper Buddha Dai Duc Pho. The valley situated in the vicinity of Bong Lai mountain where Prof Dich-Van Van Quang Buddha received Troi’s Decree to confer on him the Highest Revered Buddha title. Picture below is a panoramic view of the valley. The highest and upmost position is statue of Troi and below are statue of Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha, Avalokiteśvara AOPNABA Buddha and BIGA Buddha. The lowest statue is the statute of Prof. Dich-Van Van Quang Buddha showing his gratitude to Troi and his three teachers. That is the meaning giving the name to the valley as Gratitude.
