In 2 years 2017 and 2018, there are many great historical events for mankind in the whole Universe. I would like to introduce some events as below. The information in this article is taught by Prof. Dich-Van Van Quang Buddha.
1. Building of the Temple worshiping the Creator-Troi Supreme Power
One morning on August 12, 2017 (or the 21st day of the 6th lunar month, year Dinh Dau) Professor Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha was informed he needs to come out on the garden yard in his house to receive an important instruction of Troi. He immediately came out and knowtowed on the garden yard. There, from high above the sky, Emperor SUHAF revealed and read an Edict of Troi: “To build Troi Buddha Temple right here”. The Emperor then dropped millions of lotus wings from the sky onto the piece of land in the garden. The lotus wings purified and sanctified the land for the building of this temple, make it become a sacred land. This event happened soon after Professor Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha was honored to be the Upper Buddha Degree 4. As later on told by Prof. Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha, the purpose is to leave mankind with a Troi Buddha Temple where all the Leaders of Three Daos: Troism, Buddhism and Emperorism, are worshiped.

This is the first time ever on planet Earth a temple for worshiping Troi Supreme Power is built. Mankind on Earth has been worshiping Troi in the form that we worship the Emperors (as the son of Troi) for thousands of years in many places. But we have never worshiped Troi Supreme Power before. In the whole Universe, there are one or two places worshiping Troi in other man-bearing planets for about over two thousand years. These places are on the highly civilized planets.
The reason there are not many places for worshiping Troi Supreme Power is because only a living Rough man who attained Upper Buddha level can have enough supernatural power to build such place. Once the temple construction is completed, only such man can ask the Highest Revered Buddha (read more here) to invite Troi to accept Troi’s statute worshiped therein. When Troi accepted the statue, the statue becomes sacred. This means that when a prayer prays in front of the main altar, it is as if he was praying in front of Troi. (it is similar to other worshiped figures, the statue worshiped will become sacred after accepted by the worshiped)
The temple was started building on August 29, 2017 (or the 8th day of the 7th lunar month, year Dinh Dau), completed on November 4, 2017 (16th of 9th lunar month, year Dinh Dau). This is the first time ever mankind on Earth have a place to worship Troi Supreme Power, the Buddhas of planet Earth, along with the Emperors (Figure 1).

In Troi and Buddha temple there are the representatives of all Three Supreme Power Dao (Troism, Buddhism and Emperorism), as follows:
+ Troi Supreme Power (Fig. 2), i.e. Troi – The Creator of the Universe (including planets and systems of planets) and Men (including Astral Men and Rough Men).

+ 7 Buddhas from planet Earth (BIROL Buddha, OLMO Buddha, Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha, Van Van Quang Buddha, Avalokiteśvara AOPNABA Buddha, BIGA Buddha and Dai Duc Pho Buddha (i.e. King Buddha Tran Nhan Tong when he was alive) – Figure 3.
+ 4 Emperors who are successively leaders, one after another, presiding over the Emperor Council KYFU for more than 8 thousand years until today. Specifically, they are: Emperor DOMI, Emperor SUHAF, Emperor THIPOT and Emperor DO OTDA (Figure 4).

So far, men on Earth only worshiped the Buddhas and the Emperors, but haven’t yet worshiped Troi Supreme Power. Having a place for worshiping Troi is a great luck and happiness for the nation where temple is located as well as mankind on Earth as a whole. The blessing of Troi will bring mankind great fortune.
2. Van Van Quang Buddha became the newest Highest Revered Buddha leading the Highest Universal Council – FOGHY
Van Van Quang Buddha attained Dao (i.e. attainment of High Buddha level 3) in his previous incarnation. In that life, he was born in 1850 as Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang in Tam Son village, Dong Ngan commune, Tu Son district, Bac Ninh province (Vietnam). At the age of 29, after having 3 daughters, he left home for cultivating in pagoda with dharma name Thich Quang Tinh. At the age of 51, he attained Dao, with Buddha name Van Van Quang. Normally, after attainment of Dao, a Buddha will not come back to the physical space anymore, unless he is assigned by Troi and FOGHY for important tasks. Van Van Quang Buddha was probably assigned to come back again, this time, in the name of Mr. Nguyen Tien Dich (often known as Professor Dich. He is a professor in Construction Science), born in 1942 in Bac Ninh province. Professor Dich has spent the whole of this life for promoting Three Supreme Power Daos (Troism, Buddhism and Emperorism) on Earth as well as other extraordinary works for mankind.
Given his enormous contribution in this incarnation to the cause of educating mankind to enlighten themselves about Universe and the co-existing worlds of two kinds of men – the Rough man and the Astral man, on 21st day of 3rd lunar month year Mau Tuat (2018) Prof. Dich received a Troi’s Decree honoring him as Highest Revered Buddha. The event took place on top of Bong Lai mountain, Hong Son commune, My Duc district, Hanoi, his Buddha name remains Van Van Quang. At that time he was 77.
Soon after being promoted to Highest Revered Buddha, on 10th June 2018, Prof. Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha again received a Decree of Troi at Troi-Buddha Temple in Hanoi appointing his Dharma Astral (i.e his Astral dwelling in Troi space) Van Van Quang Buddha to hold the position of the Head of Highest Universal Council (FOGHY) replacing Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha who retired from his term (this event is mentioned here).
The event of Van Van Quang Buddha became the Highest Revered Buddha leading FOGHY is an unique event in the entire history of mankind in the whole Universe:
- This is the first time ever a Highest Revered Buddha is still alive in the physical space, in the body of a Rough man, Prof. Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha. In other words, he is a living Buddha on Earth.
- This is the first time ever a Highest Revered Buddha becomes the leader of FOGHY when his body is still living in the physical space (on planet Earth). All the Highest Revered Buddha only led the FOGHY when they already returned to the invisible space.
This is a great fortune for mankind in the whole Universe, in particular mankind on Earth. As a living Highest Revered Buddha, Prof. Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha has been making tremendous contributions to the progress of mankind on Earth via his works. Some of his major contributions:
- Publishing books on the Existence of Universe, the two worlds of two kinds of men, Troi, the Upper Buddhas and Emperors; on treatment of disease using psychic power, application of Dich hoc (Theory of change) in predicting the future, etc. These books are treasures for mankind on Earth to enlighten ourselves to have correct understanding about Universe and men and the right ways to cultivate. These books become the new “Sutras” for cultivators of existing and future generations to train themselves;
- Training of hundreds of disciples to become high level psychic practitioners to dedicate for the progress of societies. Among these disciples, many have attained High Buddha, Buddha, Arhat, Colossus Bodhisattva level. Most of them attained High Virtue Bonze Bodhisattva level. They have been, along with Him, helping mankind to enlighten themselves about the Existence of Universe, to find new way of treatment for men’s diseases, including fatal diseases like cancer, diabetes, serious heart diseases, autism, etc.
- and many more. Some of these contributions, due to safety reason, will be mentioned in a suitable time in the future.
