On December 22, 2018, Troi Supreme Power issued a Decree honouring DOGAMO to be Upper Buddha grade 4, Buddha name GA LA (Kindheartedness). He was a Rough man living on planet Thiaooba, the planet with the third highest civilization among 5 man-bearing planets in the Universe. (Earth is the fourth). He passed away on May 25, 2019, at the age of 866. (The average life expectancy of Rough man on planet Thiaooba is about 900 years.)
So as of today, there are 16 Upper Buddhas in the whole Universe, including 8 Upper Buddhas from Earth. The other 8 are from other 4 man-bearing planets in the Universe. There are 2 Troi Buddha temples in Hanoi, and 1 Troi Buddha temple in Ho Chi Minh City worshiping of all these 16 Upper Buddhas.
