There is no truth unknowable. This is not an argument to join the debate on Fitch’s “Paradox of Knowability”. This is a reality. This article tells you how any tiny thing in this entire Universe (whether it is a natural phenomenon or an action of man) is monitored, recorded and as a result accessible and knowable. There are only things that Rough man like us haven’t known yet. The below are extracts from the book “Universe and Man – Theory of Relationship” of Prof Dich – Van Van Quang Buddha. 1. Psyche-sphere of planet
Each planet in the Universe has an information layer called “Psyche-sphere” to record every activity happened on that planet. This is a layer covering each planet creating a psyche-sphere, made of electron vibrating in eddy motion at the speed multiple times of the speed of light. The thickness of this information layer is one ninth of the diameter of that planet. (Figure 1)

This is the information storage recording activity happened on the planet since it is created. For exploiting data in this information storage, the Astral should be able to make its vibration (to be) synchronous with the vibration of this layer. Only Astral men of Thuong Phat- High Buddha and Duc Phat- Upper Buddha level can do so. That is the reason why Duc Phat- Upper Buddha can know everything.
2. The frontier line cover of the Universe globe
This is similar to the Psyche-sphere of the planet mentioned above, but it is of the Universe globe. All the Universe Information is stored here in this frontier line cover. The thickness of this cover is about 900 meter.
Universe Information is combination of all information in the whole Universe. Those who can reach this frontier line can access all information in Universe, so that can know everything. Other than Troi, for man, only Astral men of Upper Buddha level can fly to and access this frontier line cover.
3. Huyet on each planet in the Universe
There are Khi pillars on every planet, emitting Khi in 5 colours throughout days and nights: green, red, yellow, white and black. These Khi pillars are very Supernatural so they are called “Sacred Khi pillars”. These are Huyets (the control points) in the Universe , placed by Troi on every planet for supervising all activities happened on it).
Huyet- Sacred Khi pillars are five-coloured pillars that are placed all over planets. As they have complete five colours, they have supernatural character. In area of land with many Khi pillars it is called a sacred land. That is the reason why ancient men often selected area that have Khi pillars for building communal houses, temples and pagodas for enhancing the sacredness of these worshipping places. In some other occasions, Troi and Buddha can also place Khi pillars in necessary areas.
Pictures below illustrate natural sacred Khi pillars in front of communal houses in Hong Thai commune (Tuyen Quang province) and in Dinh Bang commune (Bac Ninh province). Both of these places are the National Historical Heritages.

For those pagodas built earnestly and properly, after the Buddhas accepted statutes the Highest Revered Buddha may place a Sacred Khi pillar in the front yard of the pagoda.

4. Nine Txe levels of Troi
Troi consisted of globes, including one center globe and 9 satellite globes which rotate around the center globe in intersected orbits, creating 9 Txe levels (capitalized and not translated), from high 1 to low 9 as illustrated in Figure 1.10. These Txe levels are a part of Troi that helps Troi manage to each Rough man.
In accordance with this diagram, we see that:
At Txe level 9 there are 99 = 387,420,489 Txe. As the population of Rough men in the whole 5 man-bearing planets is 39.3 billion then each Txe level 9 will manage the number of Rough men as follows:
39,300,000,000/ 387,420,489 = 101.44 Rough men.
Each of us is one among these 101.44 people.
The total number of Astral men in the whole Universe is always a constant number which is 48 billion, including the Astral men who are within the body of each Rough man and the Astral men who are dwelling in lightness levels in the Universe and Deities who are assigned to work in the physical space.

We have the number of Astral men who are dwelling in the invisible space by deducting the number of 39.3 billion of Rough men as follows:
48 – 39.3 = 8.7 billion Astral men.
Each Txe level will manage a number of these Astral men accordingly. Your Astral will be one of these Astral men when you die.
Accordingly, Txe level 1 will manage:
39,300,000,000/9 = 4,366,666,666 Rough men, and:
8,700,000,000/9 = 9,666,666 Astral men in the invisible space.
Each Txe level of Troi as illustrated in Figure above is placed in the Astral of each man in accordance with their level. In particularly as follows:
– Txe level 9 is in the Astral man at De level
– Txe level 8 is in the Astral man at Than Linh (Deity) level
– Txe level 7 is in the Astral man of Tien Than (Divinity) level
– Txe level 6 is in the Astral man at Cao Tang (High Virtue-bonze Bodhisattva) level
– Txe level 5 is in the Astral man at Kim Cuong (Colossus Bodhisattva) level
– Txe level 4 is in the Astral man at La Han (Arhat) level
– Txe level 3 is in the Astral man at Phat (Buddha) level
– Txe level 2 is in the Astral man at Thuong Phat (High Buddha) level
– Txe level 1 is in the Astral man at Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) level
The Astral man in a Rough man always has a part of Troi, which is a Txe level 9. This is the direct Higher Superior of each person, always supervising his/her activities. There is also a relevant Txe level in each Astral man who is dwelling in the invisible space. Accordingly, whatever an Astral man or Rough man does will be known by Troi. Txe level 9 which knows everyday activity will report to Txe level 8 which is its direct Higher Txe. Then Txe level 8 reports to Txe level 7 and so on to the Txe level 1 which is the Highest Txe. If any Astral man died it means there will be one lacked from the number of 48 billion, so Troi will create a new Astral man to fill up that constant number of 48 billion.
From what mentioned above, we have learnt that Troi manages to every single man, not missing out anyone. That’s why Troi knows everything we do. Never expect that to live evilly or to sin can be concealed from Troi!
